Hello

Hello! My name is Julia Russell and I am a landscape painter. Most recently I have worked along the Thames and in the south of France.

I went to the school of the Art Institute in Chicago 1971-1976. I then moved to Alaska with some friends to start a new life. I am not sure if this was the best thing at the time but we were young and headstrong.

I worked for a while at the Alaska Copy Center in Anchorage for a year before moving south to Portland Oregon. There I was employed by the city of Portland in their printing dept.

In 1979 I returned to Chicago and started to work in audio visual for Arthur Andersen & Co Accountants in their in-house publicity dept. However in 1982 I decided to return to London to work for AA&co in the city.

I am now living and Working in Kentish Town.
